Purpose

The primary purpose of this website and/or mobile application is to facilitate the rental of vehicles, additional products and all supplier services submitted online through an API/XML connection by the contracted suppliers of Araba Kirala Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi (“Company”) to natural or legal persons wishing to rent a vehicle. The Company provides its services through suppliers offering car rental services via the website and/or mobile applications.

This website and/or mobile application operates as an Electronic Commerce Intermediary Service Provider and is not responsible for the provision of services offered by suppliers or for the accuracy of their content.

Vehicle Search Process

When you select the rental location, rental date, return date and times through our website and/or mobile application, vehicle and service information belonging to suppliers serving the relevant location is presented online. To reserve the relevant vehicle group, you must select a vehicle, enter your personal information and provide your credit card information in the payment form.

Following payment, the PNR number generated in the supplier’s system and all rental details will be displayed. Information will also be sent to the email address and mobile phone number registered in the system.

A reservation does not mean that the vehicle you selected will definitely be supplied. Even if your reservation is approved in the supplier’s system, the supplier company reserves the right not to provide the service.

Following your reservation, you must comply with the supplier company’s rental conditions and apply to the supplier’s office with a credit card registered in your name. At vehicle delivery, the supplier may place a security-deposit hold on that card according to the vehicle group. The supplier’s rules apply to the refund of the deposit. This transaction is not the responsibility of the Company acting as an intermediary through the website and/or mobile application.

The supplier company reserves the right to withdraw from providing the service.

Office Delivery, Valet Reception and Address Delivery

If the supplier has an office at the location selected during the rental process, your rental will be completed as an office delivery. Suppliers may display their vehicles with valet-reception or delivery-to-address options. You can view how the vehicle will be delivered at the selected location on the payment page and complete your reservation.

Our Rights

All rights relating to this website and/or mobile application belong to Araba Kirala Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi. No material, software, code, blog content or image contained on the website and/or mobile application may be copied, distributed or published elsewhere.

Service Content

Services offered on this website and/or mobile application are received online from suppliers through an API/XML connection. Supplier companies may continuously update, amend or terminate their rental conditions, deposits, services, vehicles, rental prices, minimum rental periods, rental-day restrictions, additional products and all other services they undertake to provide, without limitation to those listed here.

Updates made by suppliers shall be deemed effective as soon as they appear on our website.

Your Right of Use

You may continue to use our website and/or mobile application by agreeing that you will not mislead it by making false or fraudulent reservations, or repeatedly make and cancel reservations in a manner that disrupts suppliers’ reservation plans.

Supplier Websites

Our website and/or mobile application may contain links to supplier websites so that you can obtain detailed information. If you visit the relevant websites by clicking these links, all responsibility shall belong to you.

Reservation Cancellation & Refund Terms

As a priority, our policy provides for the refund of the amount you paid if you cancel, for any reason, a reservation made through our website and/or mobile application. However, in certain circumstances, the supplier may request a cancellation and refund penalty. Since suppliers plan their reservations according to reservations made by customers, a cancelled reservation causes a loss of revenue for the supplier.

For example, suppliers may request a deduction equal to one day’s rental fee for cancellations made two hours before the reservation pick-up time, or may request a deduction at a specified percentage of the total amount paid. If the supplier applies a deduction condition to a cancellation and refund transaction, this will be displayed on the payment page.
